Nurse Consultant

I would like to know how much experience you need a consultant and if there are steps between the RMN and a consultant as team leader? Hard work:). A leader is not a consultant. The nurse consultant, I worked with all have extensive experience in the specialty, at least a master's degree (most have or are studying for doctorates) role is so they learn a teacher's position in a Uni, and they will be published. A leader is a front line manager.
