do you think that it will harm if that i nurse and recently went and got tattoos?
My son is six months and I am a nurse, but I was told by a consultant laction ink just did not harm him if the infection is not present when there is none, but I would like to hear from other mothers what you think it should hurt him right? because I also read that the ink molecules are too large to fit into my milk do not worry about it okay The best place to ask your doctor. The body is poisoned by the ink when it comes to a foreign agent in your blood, but our defense in order to remove the ink for about 24 to 48 hours. The kidneys filter the blood and you must return to "business" in more than 72 hours. I'm not sure the ink get into the milk, but you also have to worry about defense mechanisms that can be activated by your body when you confront the ink in the blood. It can also lead to extra hormones in milk. Again, ask your doctor to be safe. I think probably it would be nice if the site is a tattoo parlor nice and clean - I'd be more worried about her than it affects the milk paint in the end do what you feel comfortable with what you think is best. I would say it's okay no. My son is 7 weeks old and I have tattooed last week. I did a lot of reading ahead of me because I nurse exclusively, and never do anything to harm my baby. We're both very well after the tattoo, so do not worry. I'm worried about the worst and thought much about it after I did that, but we're right! The only way a tattoo hurt your baby during breastfeeding is if the tattoo is infected, so people should research before you get tattooed one.Just to ensure that business is safe .

Is a psychiatrist a consultant of medicine and psychiatry a specialization with-in medicine?
Then in college I learned the difference between psychologists and psychiatrists. Psychiatrists need to train as a doctor specializing in psychiatry. Later as a student nurse in the psychiatric practice, I read about mental illness and found that many such as schizophrenia and endogenous depression had physical causes for them. So, I'm confused. It seems that psychiatry is a branch of medicine treat neurilogical dysfunction manifested in behavior or thought disorders, etc. Psychiatrists legal drug pushers are overpaid. To help someone, even yourself with mental health problems, first look, or a psychologist or a psycholotherapist. If you need medication, or because they want to shoot them, or professor with a doctorate will be able to tell you. From what I know, purple peace: psychology graduates with a doctorate in Pscyhology. They are very smart people and know the theories and principles of psychology. Psychiatrists are medical graduates (who majors in psychology, if they were at university, or have a doctorate in psychology) and the field of medical psychology (aka Psycharity), so they specialize in them. They may need medication because they have taught physiology, pathology, pharmacology and endocrinology, as part of their medical training. Although not a psychologist. Men seem to have psycharist, but not everyone can be treated with their disease by speech (eg cognitive therapy, hypnosis, or Freudian psychoanalysis), often called a drug case against. I'm not too big an expert in this area (I'm in the surgical stay), but my friend Jimmy. Unfortunately, he is on duty today, so maybe in a couple hours that I am here to answer your questions. Your opinion is correct. It is also why many psychiatrists to talk to a patient long enough for the diagnosis, which means you can write a scrip that is both appropriate medication and treatment is usually required. This is partly true, currently thought to be serious psychiatric disorders, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder and severe depression are caused by chemical imbalances in the brain. There are other assumptions and / or schools of thought about your reasons. There are other illnesses that psychiatrists treat all those in the DSM-IV, a book published by the American Psychiatric Association. Mental illness can be the result of many factors, both physically and mentally. A person may have symptoms of severe mental disorder, personality disorder and / or substance abuse problems. The key is to obtain a correct diagnosis can be difficult when factors such as substance abuse and personality disorders coexist with a major physical cause. Anybody know where I can find a Lactation Consultant?
Having trouble with my newborn son and would like some professional help.I know the basics, since I breastfed my first for over a year, but each child is now learning the very differant! Does anyone know where I can have a legitimate website or when I try looking for a place in my area? Thanks if anyone knows. Call / Google UTMB they have millions of them. Call the hospital where you had your son. Most hospitals have a lactation consultant on staff to new mothers. Contact the hospital where your child was born, they should be on call and have been free. If that fails, find google La Leche League and licensed counselors in your area. Good luck and congratulations to Pippin IBCLC http://www.ilca.org/i4a/pages/index.cfm?pageid=3337 seem to know much about it. Try your local hospital or pediatrician for a referral, or try this page. http://americas.iblce.org/find-an-ibclc EDIT: Mom * blushes * JD - but I'm not alone educator IBCLC .I would suggest to call the Le Leche League, I am sure that they have information that you can look at a local establishment near you. They can send a consultant to your home that will work with you and your son. I did this after my first child, and they were good. Another suggestion is to contact the hospital where you delivered. Many times they are in contact with consultants. To do this you must pay yourself. I know how frustrating it can be a nurse. It was very difficult for me. Meeting with a counselor helped me a lot. Hope this helps! Try http://www.breastfeeding.com. I could do a search for LCS in the middle area of the site. Also called D & D of the hospital he was born and ask who they use. Good luck! You can contact the hospital you give birth. Contact your local La Leche League. If you qualify, WIC provides free LC is to help you. Most hospitals have a lactation consultant on staff. But I must say that I absolutely hated one in the hospital where my daughter! They annoyed me was everything I did wrong, she made me nervousit are not consistent. I contacted my local WIC office at the WIC office has a lactation consultant on staff to help you even if you are not qualified to participate in WIC. Find your local office here http://www.fns.usda.gov/wic/contacts/statealpha.htm. Their staff is very knowledgeable and very easy to go! I work with health insurance. call your insurance comp and ask for a lacataion specialist in your area and they will be a few others. u can also go to the insurance market and see that most hospitals employ a lactation consultant. Offered at the hospital you gave birth in a conversation and find out. Otherwise, see La Leche League. You can have someone in your area also. La Leche League helps a great source of breastfeeding. Question about establishing breastfeeding: The lactation consultant who taught the bf class I went to.?
said last night not to let too many people hold the baby for breastfeeding is established. She said it overstimulates & tires and child when the child returned to her mother, she just wants to sleep, not nurse. Some of my relatives will be hurt or disappointed if they can not keep my child in her first days here.Do you agree with this opinion? If so, how would you set limits on family and friends not to hurt their feelings? I see her point. The other day Emma was here, she was held, and went all day. That evening she was so grumpy. I'm sure she was not just over-stimulated, but the wounds. Put them in advance what LC said. Or, say nurses have it for you. I breastfed my first son at 9 months and I am currently nursing my 4 month old, and I had no problem with people about him. Let's close relatives have him and you will be fine. I'm actually ready to get my certification, lactation consultant and it is really exciting! Apparently not let people who are sick in the vicinity, make sure that all had used disinfectant before they stop it I can not imagine my mom says sorry you can not keep him still. It is not advice I ever heard before. I think it's best to follow your child. If they are good and frequent care, they may be in possession of other people as they want. If they seem to be excited or nervous to limit visitors for a while. (And limit visitors to no sense anyway. You need plenty of rest and take care much of your time so you do not have to be entertaining family. Although family / friends are less than supportive / knowledgeable about breastfeeding you do not have to do with a lot of ignorant advice . ("Oh, I can not give her a bottle?" "She is so often nursing and you're tired. Just one bottle does not hurt." "Are you sure you have enough milk? She's'hungry so much . Let me say to her with a bottle ") All babies sleep in the first anyway.it not matter if you keep them, others keep them, or try to nurse. If the baby is awake and wants to care, not be happy with someone to avoid anyway. I would say the baby nurse whenever they want, and probably your child to sleep while others remain. I totally agree with that! with my children was just the beginning of the immediate family, mother of, father, grandmother, grandfather, grandparents were not too long or too often, as even his father, except the hands too much when I needed a shower .just do grandparents only, and the cards too. limit the number of people who have a baby. If you wonder why, or even if your family do not ask, makes it clear that it is their desire to care for your baby and not about them. You could even say, for first month the father and mother just hold the baby. the nurse said it looks like i have a sprung shoulder?
I fell while playing rugby and injured his shoulder two days ago, after an X-ray the nurse said nothing was broken, but I feel like I have a curved shoulder. I must go see a counselor next week. When he left his best self, and how long it might take to heal? I am in great pain (I take painkillers) and can not move my arm in certain directions: (I either over the last decade, I think it would nuthn doc says theres problems for you to get on things, although I have pain on most days. I really hope that you will not suffer as I have doing.By what is a shoulder suspended? depends on the severity of the buttons shoulder suspended from the consultants give you a better idea regarding a possible dislocation of acromioclavicular joint (ie when the scapula with the clavicle attachment). This is not a necessary surgery. Probably you will find they are better referred to physiotherapy. I would say that now - to avoid painful movements, take anti-inflammatory pain and regularly and they are capable of ice on his shoulder 4 times a day (peas in a wet t-shirt towel for 20 minutes should be involved) - if you do not have time / traffic probs beautiful exercise relieve pain is to bend at the waist and let your injured arm hang, relax and make gentle swinging clubs of the shoulder joint. This move should not hurt and the arm must be relaxed completely. all the best .

RN (Registered Nurse) and CLNC (Certified Legal Nurse Consultants) ?
Hi, I am new (male) at NC State Univ At present, I doubt the major. And I found out that I am interested in or RN CLNC. I have been searching or reviewed on this, but sometimes I'm confused. So I made a new ID to ask some questions. NC State University's College 4yr. I have read that it's good to be in the BSN major (Biology-Nutrition) or (Animal Science). Is it true? For the RN, what should I do after undergraduation, BSN major in? I have heard that I have is up to 2 years (ASN) Associate of Science in Nursing. This really confusing me. right now. Can someone explain how this works? Step by step? PS When the RNS you have big income? I heard they were like $ 100 ~ $ 150 per hour.Or Do I need to study more to get to the master? ah.confusing. In Canada we have a nursing program. There is a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (4 years). This is the only program to take you to be a registered nurse, and you can directly from high school. In Canada, you get about $ 40 per hour, but it depends where I worknights.weekends so check with your school counselors, who may recommend more specific programs of their institution. I love the School of Nursing, its stressful and difficult, but at the end of the day I love what I do. Best wishes! BSN Degree in Nursing LU = = = ASN Associate of Science in Nursing Associate Degree Nursing Dipl. Nur shareholder = nursing curriculum (usually combined and called ADNS) is usually 1 to 1 5 years of core courses and two years of basic care, leading to an associate degree and certificate of eligibility for the examination nurses NCLEX-RN are enrolled in degree programs in hospitals that were not granted, usually take a year of core courses and three years of nursing courses. BSNS college or university for four years. They take two years of general education and prerequisite classes, and then the 300 and 400-level upper division nursing curriculum for all grades two years they also take the NCLEX-RN exam. The main differences are BSN a greater range of job and more opportunities for development. When and took two years it made more sense to a 2-year education. Now, many spend 3 to 3.5 years for a 2 year old to receive training and then back for another 2 years to get the qualifications and complete the BSN. CLNC is a certification can be an RN. In my experience the most successful CLNCs have nursing experience so that they can advise on appropriate healthcare issues, and not directly from school to CLNC courses. Here is a site of one of the more established programs CLNC: http://www.legalnurse.com/ nurses in the United States an average of $ 25 per hour, but more in some areas of the country. I need some encouragement please: I am trying to get my 5 week old baby to nurse from my breast?
Hello. I have a 5 weeks. When I delivered, I made sure the hospital staff pacificers bottles do not know, because I wanted to breastfeed. Well, I have flat nipples and with the help of nurses and lactation consultants could not breastfeed the child. I immediately started to pump my hospital staff said it was almost a whole day without my baby to drink all that could be mixed with colostrum Formula Fed Cup and the child. We tried for 1 or 2 doses. Then he asked me what I wanted to, I told them I wanted to teach the baby to suck on my breasts, but at the same time, since I am not a medical professional, do not want my son suffers from not eating, etc.Aims to make baby formula while I was working on my problems with breastfeeding. Had two or three visits to lactation specialists and we can not take the baby to the breast (I have flat nipples.) It s time to go home. The whole time I knew I did not want to give up I came home and I have never waited so exhausted, I'm not too much help, but I have a baby circumcised, etc. I have had two consultations with the lactation consultant at the hospital and she is grrrrrreat but I can not seem to do it yourself at home. Since then, it seems that I suffer more than ever. My nipples hurt while pumping, I have less let downs, I feel swollen every 2.5 hours if I did not pump. I just need some encouragement you can, maybe I should just keep my baby bottle breast feeding and trying to give him the hook (although I wish I could succeed at grabbing). As easy as breast-feeding may be too much of you, for me one of the most challenging things in my life, especially when I experienced so much pain / discomfort. Can I succeed with breastfeeding? Sorry for the long question, I have to explain it. Thanks for your breast nipples could have a balance, so you can test it by trying to get him to latch. Be patient, get on it being a boy:) I think that flat nipples will be hard to do because the baby will take in something to make the most of a food. The first thing to do is stop emphasizes constant watch lactation consultant. I think you should feel very pleased that you are able to produce milk and use it to your advantage. I know you said no bottles, but what your baby is breast milk in a bottle much better than formula in a cup. I think if you are left to pump milk and bottle feeding, you are less stressed and will continue to see the lactation consultant to try to feed the baby. Remember that babies are creatures of habit. You may well be able to get the child to take in the coming months, until then, they give breast milk in a bottle.
